WARRANTY INFORMATION
WARRANTY POLICY
ProMed Canada. provides the following warranty for all our products, applicable to the original purchaser, ensuring freedom from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use or service from the date of purchase:
10 Years Warranty:
Welds on structural frame (excluding moving parts)
5-Year Warranty:
Pulleys
1-Year Warranty:
Pads
Upholstery
6-Month Warranty:
Handle Grips
Attachments

Policy Applicable to all ProMed Canada Products:
If, at any time, a component part is found to be defective, ProMedCanada. will, at its discretion, either repair or replace it within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that this warranty will not apply if the defect is a result of misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
It's important to be aware that this warranty does not cover the costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the defective part. If a part covered under the warranty requires return for repairs and servicing, ProMedCanada. will cover freight and insurance costs for the first year only.
ARGO Fitness Inc.'s sole responsibility is to repair or replace the component within the terms stated above. ProMedCanada. shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including any incidental or consequential damages, whether directly or indirectly resulting from any warranty, expressed or implied, or any other failure of this product.
What is not covered by this Warranty:
ProMedCanada 's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts, as specified below. This warranty does not assume or authorize any individual to assume obligations beyond those explicitly covered by this warranty.
No Consequential Damages:
ProMedCanada. shall not be held liable for economic loss, profit loss, or any special, indirect, or other consequential damages.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
ProMedCanada. is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any parts that ProMedCanada. determines have been subjected to the following after the date of manufacture:
Improper installation
Unauthorized alteration or modifications
Neglect, including failure to follow proper maintenance routines.
Abuse or misuse
Normal wear and tear
Accidents
Damage during transit or installation
Fire, flood, acts of war, or any other acts of God.
Damage in Shipping:
All ProMedCanada. equipment undergoes thorough inspection and is warranted against manufacturing defects. However, the responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of equipment lies solely with the transport carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and note any damaged or missing goods on the bill of lading before signing off. All claims related to such issues must be submitted to ProMedCanada within 48 hours of the equipment's arrival at the delivery site. Failing to do so will result in the invalidation of any claim.
In cases where damage is not immediately apparent and is discovered after the equipment's delivery, it must be reported to ProMedCanada. both verbally and in writing within 10 days of delivery. Any delays in making such a claim will invalidate the right to any future claims.
Warranty Claims:
To file a warranty claim, please ensure that your submission includes the following information: model number, proof of purchase, date of installation, and all relevant details that support the existence of the alleged defect. Claims should be submitted through the point of purchase representative, both verbally and in writing. Before submitting a claim, we recommend referring to the "Warranty Policy" outlined above for a comprehensive understanding of the warranty terms.
Please note that all terms of this warranty policy will become void if the product is transported outside of Canada and the United States of America. Whether ProMedCanada honors any claim made outside of these regions will be at the discretion of ProMedCanada.
